Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing enes.av.tr (the "Site"), owned and operated by Hacı Faruk Enes ("we", "us", or "our").

Because our Site provides intangible, digital goods, automated software tools, API access, and immediate subscription privileges (collectively, the "Services"), we enforce a strict refund policy to maintain system integrity and prevent digital exploitation. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase on the Site.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy or as mandatory under applicable consumer protection laws, all financial transactions, software purchases, subscription fees, and API credit allocations made to Hacı Faruk Enes are completely final and strictly non-refundable.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing our Services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to claim a refund, chargeback, or dispute regarding the fees paid.

2. Immediate Consumption of Digital Goods

When you purchase a subscription plan or access package on enes.av.tr, the analytical data, computing power, and bot infrastructure are allocated and delivered to your account instantly. Because this digital delivery cannot be reversed, returned, or "un-consumed," we do not offer trial periods or partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the paid tier of the Services until the end of your current, active billing period.

  • No Proration: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for subscriptions cancelled midway through a monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycle.

4. Technical Anomalies and Downtime

We strive to provide highly available and uninterrupted system access. However, because our automated tools rely on complex server clusters, internet networks, and third-party data infrastructures, temporary service interruptions, software bugs, or server downtime may occur.

You explicitly agree that technical anomalies, temporary system maintenance, API lag, or service interruptions do not entitle you to a monetary refund or credit. In the event of a prolonged critical system failure caused directly by our infrastructure, any compensation or extended access period will be granted solely at our absolute discretion.

5. Account Suspension and Violations

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Site and Services immediately, without prior notice, if we detect any suspicious activity, unauthorized data scraping, reverse engineering, or a direct breach of our Terms of Service.

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our policies, you will completely forfeit any remaining subscription time, account credits, or API balances. Hacı Faruk Enes is under no obligation to issue a refund or monetary reimbursement in these circumstances.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We view unauthorized chargebacks and unwarranted payment disputes as financial fraud. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company, bank, or third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) without contacting our support channel first, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban your user account and blacklist your IP address.

  • Report the fraudulent dispute to international credit and risk monitoring databases.

  • Claim reasonable administrative and legal fees incurred while resolving the dispute.

If you experience any billing discrepancies, double-charging, or genuine payment errors, please reach out to us within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction so we can investigate and manually resolve the issue:
